Manchester Softball League

Co-Ed Slowpitch League
Season started 08/01/2018

The Manchester Softball League (MSL), formed in 1995, and now in its third decade, has grown steadily over its long history, and now provides co-ed slowpitch softball for around 500 men and women aged from 14 to 70. In 2018, we had 31 teams playing in five divisions. Games are played on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Parrs Wood School, and on Wednesdays at the University Sports Ground in Wythenshawe.

Voted the BSUK League of the year for 2009, MSL is one of the best organised leagues in the country. Within each division, games are played on the same night at the same venue, and players meet up in a nearby Clubhouse afterwards, where they can get cheap food and drink, get their copy of the weekly "Bases Loaded" MSL Review, plan trips all over the country for tournaments at the weekend, and generally make the most of the great social atmosphere that surrounds softball.

The MSL's website is: http://www.manchestersoftball.co.uk.

New players are always welcome.
